Full Time and Part Time Subcontractor Opportunities Available

 

Painter duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepare various surfaces for painting (scraping,mudwork, sanding etc).

  • Cover all required surfaces with paint (multiple coats if needed).

  • Drywall repair.

  • Ceiling repair.

  • Ceiling popcorn application.

  • Outlet cover removal.

  • Maintain clean and neat work space with no paint drips/spills, removing all trash and necessary cleaning prior to work completion.

  • Each job may require a different level of painting services dependent on condition.
     

Qualifications:

  • Painting experience required.

  • Drywall/Ceiling Repair experience highly preferred.

  • Must provide own equipment (roller, poles, ladder, brushes, tarp/plastic etc).

  • Must provide your own reliable transportation to work sites throughout the Twin Cities (Saint Paul, Coon Rapids, Minneapolis and more).

  • Prime availability is the last day of the month and first week of the month. This is our busiest time.

  • Must be drug free.

  • Timeliness and detail oriented. Respectful to residents and clients alike.

  • 18" Experience Preferred.

  • This is a subcontractor based position.
